Right now, I’m working with a beautiful studio concept in Nice, and several more across Europe, all preparing to open their doors in the coming months.
This stage is one of my favorites. It’s before the playlists, before the lights and branding, when everything still lives in sketches, soundboards, and ideas. It’s where we define what the studio feels like.
Every Successful Concept Has a Blueprint
A blueprint that goes deeper than design:
A class DNA that makes every instructor sound like part of one voice.
A signature system that can scale — without losing soul.
A way to train consistency, not conformity.
That’s the work I’m in right now — codifying classes, mapping instructor education, and shaping experiences that feel as intentional as they look.
Each studio has its own heartbeat. My job is to help them hear it clearly — and make sure every client can feel it too.
